Measurement and Floorplan Service

We will measure your listing and prepare a drawing illustrating the floorplan and room sizes. Each drawing can be customized to meet your needs for size of display (scale) and detail -- placement of doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, etc. A "Calculations Summary" displays the square footage for each level of living area as well as for garages and porches.

When combined with your listing brief and other exhibits, the drawing will add a new graphical dimension to marketing your listing at home showings, by fax, or on the Web. Potential buyers will appreciate your presentation of the floorplan, room sizes, door placements, etc.

This service is available to Realtors in Knox and Blount Counties for $75 for most houses up to 2,600 square feet. Houses over 2,600 square feet or with highly irregular perimeters will be slightly higher.

For a limited time, I will measure one listing and prepare one free drawing for any residence up to 2,600 square feet. One drawing per office please. Please call us to request your free drawing or if you have any suggestions regarding this service.
